Product Overview： ELT250 is woven from shrink-resistant synthetic fibers (pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile filaments) and impregnated with a graphite-particle-containing tetrafluoroethylene emulsion, silicone-free. Compared with traditional carbon fiber packing, it eliminates brittleness and is suitable for higher linear speeds. The carbon fiber has high strength and good thermal conductivity, while the PTFE and graphite provide excellent lubrication, so the packing will not wear the shaft and can be used for a long time. This packing can be used in weakly acidic, weakly alkaline, and media containing a small amount of solid particles, suitable for dynamic and static sealing, mainly used in centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps, mixers, agitators, and valves. It can be used at temperatures up to 160°C without coolant.
