ELT600 is woven from composite synthetic fiber yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion (without lubricant or oil). This type of packing provides excellent sealing against alkalis, weak acids, solvents, steam, and oils, and is widely used for sealing rotating shafts, valves, etc.
This packing is made of aramid and black PTFE yarn, braided in a zebra-like pattern and impregnated with a special lubricant. Compared to ELT571, it has superior lubrication and heat transfer.
