Oil-impregnated PTFE fiber packing
The ELT500A packing is made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, and each yarn is treated with an inert lubricant. It provides excellent sealing for high-speed rotating shafts and is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.
Ramie fiber soaked in PTFE packing
This packing is made of PTFE-impregnated ramie fiber with lubricant. Because ramie softens and swells in seawater, it is especially suitable for sealing valves or pumps that need to prevent seawater corrosion.
Asbestos impregnated PTFE packing
This packing is made of asbestos-free fiber rope impregnated with PTFE braid. It has a relatively soft texture and is suitable for sealing pumps containing chemical liquids. With the addition of lubricant, this packing can seal pumps with a linear velocity of up to 10m/s.
Silicone resin core carbonized fiber packing
This packing is made of high-grade carbon fiber braided with silicone resin core, and it has a very good sealing effect for highly corrosive liquid media and organic solvents.
ELT250 is woven from shrink-resistant synthetic fibers (pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile filaments) and impregnated with a graphite-particle-containing tetrafluoroethylene emulsion, silicone-free. Compared with traditional carbon fiber packing, it eliminates brittleness and is suitable for higher linear speeds. The carbon fiber has high strength and good thermal conductivity, while the PTFE and graphite provide excellent lubrication, so the packing will not wear the shaft and can be used for a long time. This packing can be used in weakly acidic, weakly alkaline, and media containing a small amount of solid particles, suitable for dynamic and static sealing, mainly used in centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps, mixers, agitators, and valves. It can be used at temperatures up to 160°C without coolant.
Nickel wire reinforced self-adhesive graphite packing
ELT132 is a graphite packing made of nickel-chromium wire wrapped with expanded graphite yarn. This product comes with adhesive for easy installation. For simple stuffing box installation, using ELT132, made of pure graphite yarn, can easily achieve sealing. Except for strong oxidants, this packing is suitable for hot water, high-temperature and high-pressure steam, heat transfer fluids, hydrogen, ammonia water, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, and cryogenic liquids. Nickel wire reinforced graphite packing
ELT131 is a graphite packing made of expanded graphite yarn wrapped around nichrome wire and then braided. For simple stuffing box installations, using ELT131, which is made of pure graphite braid, can easily achieve a sealing effect. Except for strong oxidizers, this packing is suitable for hot water, high-temperature high-pressure steam, heat transfer fluids, hydrogen, ammonia water, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids, etc. ELT131 packing is a unique general-purpose sealing material.
Graphite impregnated PTFE packing
ELT105 is a flexible braided packing made from expanded graphite yarn impregnated with PTFE under specific conditions. For simple stuffing box installations, using ELT105 packing made from pure graphite achieves excellent sealing easily. This packing is suitable for hot water, high-temperature high-pressure steam, heat transfer fluids, hydrogen, ammonia water, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, cryogenic liquids, etc., except for strong oxidizing agents.
