Pan Gen series
This packing is made of high-grade GFO fiber woven from W.L.GPRE&ASSOCIATESINC. The packing is excellent for friction heat transfer, and its sealing effect is superior even when used on shafts of high-speed equipment. This packing is widely used in the sealing of stirring and drying equipment.
Pure aramid fiber impregnated PTFE packing
ELT751 is an imported aramid fiber impregnated PTFE braided packing. It is made from high-quality aramid fibers imported from DuPont (USA) or AkzoNobel (Netherlands), impregnated with PTFE emulsion and lubricating additives. It can be used alone or in combination with other packings as an inner ring to prevent extrusion. Applications include pulp and tin mining, and water pumps in power plants where the medium contains particles. Suitable for rotary pumps, piston pumps, water pumps, and mixers in the food, pharmaceutical, aerospace, chemical, petroleum, and power generation industries. Frequently used in rotating equipment. Suitable for most chemicals, water, steam, oils, solvents, abrasive sand, slurries, and others.
This type of packing is made of pure aramid yarn, woven into a square cross-section. Due to the high strength of aramid yarn (known as artificial steel wire), it can withstand greater pressure compared to other braided packings. It can be placed separately from other packings or woven together with other packings to exhibit different properties. This packing mainly replaces asbestos for pump sealing, which is not only more environmentally friendly but also performs better than asbestos packing. Even in harsh environments where ordinary asbestos packing cannot achieve satisfactory sealing, aramid packing can.
This packing is made of braided ceramic fiber yarn. It can replace asbestos packing and is widely used in oil refineries and power plant feedwater pumps, etc. This type of packing can be reinforced with stainless steel, fiberglass, etc.
This packing is made of "E"-shaped mesh glass fiber yarn impregnated with softener and PTFE, and finally coated with a layer of PTFE on the outer surface. It is more economical than asbestos or PTFE packing. It is widely used in oil refineries, power plants, feed water pumps, etc.
ELT600 is woven from composite synthetic fiber yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion (without lubricant or oil). This type of packing provides excellent sealing against alkalis, weak acids, solvents, steam, and oils, and is widely used for sealing rotating shafts, valves, etc.
This packing is made of aramid and black PTFE yarn, braided in a zebra-like pattern and impregnated with a special lubricant. Compared to ELT571, it has superior lubrication and heat transfer. It also combines the strength of aramid with the low friction and high thermal conductivity of black PTFE. It is widely used in reciprocating pumps, mixers, reactors, and valves in petrochemical, papermaking, sugar, and power plants.
Polytetrafluoroethylene aramid fiber braided packing
ELT571B is a packing made of PTFE fiber yarn mixed with graphite and reinforced with aramid yarn. It prevents gas leakage under high pressure and high temperature. It has good sliding speed and thermal conductivity, which allows it to seal high-pressure piston pumps during long-term operation. It is also suitable for sealing ordinary water, sewage, hot water, oil, grease, and weakly acidic or alkaline environments.
